Terms of Service for Nudgi Focus

Pre-launch draft dated July 27, 2026. These terms are provided for product testing and legal review and are not yet the final consumer terms.

Service operator

Nudgi Focus is operated by IT & FINANCE SYNERGY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Deszczowa 5, Zalasewo, 62-020 Swarzędz, Poland, KRS 0001187019, NIP 7773451694, REGON 542403161 ("Nudgi", "we", or "us"). Contact us at contact@nudgifocus.com.

The service

Nudgi Focus is an Android productivity service that can monitor app usage, present intentional-use prompts and challenges, and provide usage insights. It is a coaching and productivity tool, not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your country. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your sign-in details secure, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Free trial and subscriptions

Nudgi Premium may be offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, including a seven-day free trial where displayed in the app. The price, billing period, trial eligibility, taxes, and currency shown in Google Play at checkout are the terms of your purchase and take precedence over promotional text elsewhere.

Unless you cancel before the trial or current billing period ends, Google Play will charge the payment method associated with your account and renew the subscription for the selected period. Trial availability may be limited to eligible users and may not be repeated.

Cancellation, billing, and refunds

Google Play processes subscription payments. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Deleting the app or your Nudgi account does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund rules and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you. We do not control Google Play payment authorization, refund decisions, or payment-method availability.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Nudgi Focus unlawfully or to harm, harass, or monitor another person without authority;
  • interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • reverse engineer or redistribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • upload malicious code or misuse the service in a way that harms other users or our systems.

Availability and changes

Mobile operating systems, device manufacturers, permissions, network availability, and third-party services can affect Nudgi Focus. We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that every challenge or notification will appear, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nudgi Focus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach of these terms, or protection of the service and its users. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.

Intellectual property

Nudgi Focus, its software, branding, interface, content, and related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Nudgi Focus is provided "as is" and "as available". Outcomes depend on your choices, device configuration, and third-party systems, so we do not guarantee a particular productivity or wellbeing result. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profits or data, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by mandatory law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Courts are determined under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, law, or commercial offering changes. We will publish the updated version and its effective date. Where required, we will provide notice or request consent before changes apply.
